One night a murder by the sea occurs. Many weird things are happening in Sam's quiet lab, also known as Bicycle Man, since the man of the green liquid came in.

The Mystery of the Green Liquid

Sam has been acting different for a few days. He's mean even to Vania, his young assistant. Sam goes out at night, looking for preys.

Sam's Change

Norma The Redhead, using some disguises, keeps killing people at night because of the effect of the green liquid. In the meantime Sam wants to make peace with Vania. Detective Frank Loria investigates on the murder by the sea on behalf of Marcela, the Spanish girl.

Norma, the Redhead

The weird questioning by a mysterious officer to young witness Annett Degrò. Vania helps Sam, after the oath she made to her master, while the detective pays a visit to the lab. Norma the Redhead, in a restaurant, befriends Marcela.

The Police Investigates

Detective Loria asks for advices to former judge Connery, but first he has to deal with his past and with "the ghost of the young girl".

Mystery of the Murder by the Sea

Detective Loria, helped by judge Connery, risks but finally uncovers the mystery of the green liquid, solves the murder by the sea and blocks a new crime of Norma against Marcela. We finally discover about the ghost of the young girl.

The Ending

A drug created to turn animals nasty for illegal dog fights becomes a dangerous substance for humans, turning them into ferocious murderers.
